The members of No! Go! Tell! first met as children when they all were snatched by the same kidnapper. They met a second time years later while coincidentally waiting to be treated by the same psychiatrist. None of them could play instruments at the time, but after applying the methods prescribed by their doctor, they found themselves advancing significantly in the areas of musicianship, songwriting, live performance, and a little bit of tap.

Using a combination of British Invasion style rock-n-roll and the offbeat sounds of early world punk-lore, members M. Burvang, Brian Drugs, Joe Gotelle, F! Woods and a person simply known as Quiz, got to work. They began effortlessly regaling accounts of pandemics from the days of yore, forewarning of things to come that already went, and spinning yarns about women of the night who turn out to be werewolves.

The band recently began performing these songs for groups of people in their hometown of Philadelphia. Since implementing this technique, they've found their chemicals to be more balanced which for the moment, allows each member to lead a somewhat normal life. They remain caustically optionistic for the future.
